By requesting and using the designated driver services provided by GET HOME SAFE DD llc ("Company"), you acknowledge that you understand the inherent risks associated with transportation services, including but not limited to:
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the Company's services. You acknowledge that despite the Company's professional driver and safety protocols, unexpected events may occur.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge the Company, its owners, operators, employees, and drivers from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its owners, operators, employees, and drivers from any claims, damages, or liability arising from your use of the service, including any personal conduct during the trip.
While the Company takes every precaution to protect your vehicle, you assume full responsibility for any damage to your vehicle during the service. The Company is not responsible for theft, vandalism, or damage to personal property left in your vehicle.
You represent that you are in adequate physical condition to use the Company's services. You assume all risk of injury or medical complications. The Company is not responsible for any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries aggravated during transport.
As a customer of GET HOME SAFE DD llc, you agree to:
Violation of this conduct policy may result in immediate service termination and forfeiture of payment.
In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This waiver and agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
